Designed for clients who need expert guidance at specific moments—whether they’re planning ahead, facing a new concern, or navigating an unexpected event.  Each option provides direct, personalized support tailored to the urgency of the situation.

VELARIS SCHEDULED ACCESS: Thoughtful, comprehensive support for non-urgent needs. This option includes an in-depth initial consultation which includes:

  • a full review of your health history and medical records (if obtained)

  • a written medical summary highlighting key points to discuss with your providers and

  • a dedicated follow-up session to review recommendations and prepare for upcoming appointments.

VELARIS URGENT ACCESS: Priority guidance when something can’t wait. You’ll receive everything included in Velaris Scheduled Access with guaranteed appointment availability within 5 business days. Ideal for clients with active concerns who still want a structured, thorough review.

VELARIS CRITICAL ACCESS: Immediate support when every minute matters. This option provides a rapid consultation within 24 hours for unexpected events such as emergency room visits or hospitalization. (If additional support is needed for the same issue in the days that follow, continued guidance is available for a set price per day.)
